The Lahore Board has proposed new dates for the postponed Matric and Inter exams in Punjab, with written and practical papers likely from May 17.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has finalized tentative dates for Matric and Inter exams delayed earlier. Sources say written exams for Islamic Studies and Principles of Accounting are expected on May 17.

On the same day, practical exams for Computer Science, Biology, and Food and Nutrition (Matric level) may also be conducted. Further postponed subjects like Tarjimatul Quran, Ethics, and Social Studies are expected on May 24.

The Punjab Board Committee of Chairmen will give the final approval. Once confirmed, roll number slips will be reissued to all concerned students.
